Securing and maintaining your own valid permit to live and work remotely in your chosen country is entirely your responsibility, and a precondition of our services, not something we provide.
Eligibility
To use our Employer of Record services, you must hold, or be in the process of obtaining, your own valid legal right to reside and work remotely in your country of residence. Athena is not responsible for verifying or maintaining your immigration status on an ongoing basis.
